RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

 

Yeah, we know. This stinks. As a small business, this is necessary in order to provide the absolute best service, price, and quality that our customers deserve.  Online store purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges after shipment. If you have placed an order that you want to cancel, contact us immediately (within 24 hours of the order) and we will attempt to cancel the order before it is shipped. If the order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

 

If there is a legitimate problem with your order or if it arrives in a damaged condition, you must fill out the form at the bottom of this page within five days of delivery of your order.

 

After submitting your return request, we will review the information and reply via email or contact you to get more information.  If your return is authorized, we will issue further instruction at that time. Please do not deliver or send any item to our physical store, as we may instruct you to send the item to a supplier for replacement or repair. Remember that all items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.  Restocking fees of up to 15% or actual shipping fees may be applied. Each product on the ReFresh Home website is a representation of the actual product. We attempt to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, photo variation and the device you might be using, the color in the image may vary slightly for the actual color of the product. Please review all the images of the product you desire BEFORE placing your order. If you have any questions about any product, please feel free to contact us by clicking the contact us link on our website. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will gladly provide more information on any of our products because we want you to feel great about your experience with ReFresh Home

 

COLOR DISCLAIMER:

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, ReFresh Home cannot guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual item. We do our very best to make sure our product photos are as close to the exact product as possible, but we cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact reproduction. If it is important that the color be exact, please contact us before placing the order.

Request For Return authorization 

This form must be completed within FIVE DAYS of receipt of your item.  Please fill out this form completely. Incomplete forms may be returned.  We want to help, in the event of a legitimate mistake or a damaged shipment, and we need as much information as possible in order to do so.

Please explain, in detail, the reason for requesting a return authorization. Please include a valid reason for your request, any and all relevant order information, and photos of any and all damage.
